Working as part of a small creative team on-site with Oliver Agency, I helped define the content strategy, editorial framework, and visual direction for the fintech before setting the overarching design for Zettle’s entire UK output.
Drawing on the central theme of collective power, we took a social-first approach to foster a real sense of community around both Zettle and small to medium-sized business (SMB) owners in the UK.
Collaborating closely with Zettle’s global marketing leadership, I delivered content and campaigns across social, online, OOH, print, and event-based media – bringing in a UK-wide pool of external creative talent and introducing key media partners along the way. Together, we grew Zettle’s audience, generated new business leads, and placed Zettle at the heart of the SMB community.
Increased Zettle’s UK social following by 60% YoY, expanding brand reach and engagement.
Content and campaigns drove a 20% increase in SMB sign-ups, directly contributing to business growth.
OOH and print-based advertising, direct marketing and event activations reached 2M+ SMB owners across the UK, positioning Zettle as a key player in the fintech space.
Built a network of 10+ UK-based creatives and established collaborations with key media partners to amplify brand storytelling.
